It is with sadness that we announce the death of Fern Peterson who passed away on July 18,2009 at the age of 94 1/2 years. Fern and her late husband Harold made great improvements with Bruce Bay Cottages & Lighthouse when they bought it in the 1960's. Fern's art work is a prominent feature in each cottage and throughout the islands.
