sub-let able. All rates are subject to applicable taxes. The Canadian $ rate will govern the invoicing at the resort.
These rates are subject to all applicable federal and provincial taxes.
POLICIES
DEPOSIT POLICY
We require a deposit of a) $100.00 Canadian per
week to hold your cottage
b) $ 50.00 Canadian for rental less then 1 week
c) $ 25.00 Canadian for daily rental
The balance is payable upon arrival, cash, visa, mastercard,
travellers cheques.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable.
EXTRA GUEST POLICY
If you require to add an additional person to the cottage above the
number of guests allowed there is an extra person fee
- $15.00 per night or $ 50.00 per week
under 12 years- $ 8.00 per night or $ 30.00 per week
EARLY DEPARTURES
As is the policy with most seasonal establishments, guests who depart
prior to their confirmed departure date must pay the full reserved package
price. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Arrivals are to check in after 2:00 p.m. on the day of their arrival and
Departures are to check out by 10:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
PETS
Dogs and cats are generally allowed with permission at the time of booking
of the reservation. Poop and scoop policy is in strict enforcement
around the cottages and the lighthouse. Pets are to be kept on a leash
at all times and are not to bother any guests sharing the resort. Pet
owners are completely responsible for their pets.
Please note there are porcupines and skunks on the islands and there is a
Veterinarian Clinic in the Village of Desbarats, 7 miles west of Bruce
Mines.
